UpsyCatTerms of Use

These terms apply to the UpsyCat app and upsy-cat.web.app, provided by Youngmi Jang (“we”, “us”). By using UpsyCat, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). If the two conflict, the Standard EULA takes precedence.
1. Using UpsyCat
You may use UpsyCat for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store’s rules. This right is personal and cannot be transferred.
2. Purchases
- Remove Ads, All Skins and Everything are one-time purchases processed by Apple. Prices are shown before purchase, and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- Remove Ads removes ads shown between flights. All Skins unlocks every paid skin, including skins added later. Everything includes both. Optional ads that you choose to watch, such as continuing a flight or trying a skin, remain available.
- Purchases have no cash value and cannot be transferred outside the game. They can be restored on another device signed in with the same Apple Account.
- A skin temporarily unlocked by watching an ad can be used for three flights.
3. Leaderboard and fair play
Play fair. Do not cheat, use bots or automated play, modify the app or its network traffic, or otherwise manipulate scores or the leaderboard. If we detect abuse, we may remove affected entries or restrict access to online features.
4. Ads
UpsyCat may show third-party ads between some flights or when you choose to watch one. Ads are never shown during a flight. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or websites reached through them.
5. Changes and availability
We may update, change or discontinue features, including the leaderboard and skins. We aim to keep online features available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
6. Our content
UpsyCat, including its artwork, characters, music, sounds and name, belongs to us or our licensors. These terms do not grant any rights to that content beyond using the game as described here.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
UpsyCat is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these terms and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
8. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will update this page and the effective date above. If you continue using UpsyCat after the changes take effect, the updated terms will apply.
