FAQ

How do I play?: Tap to take off, then tilt your iPhone left and right to steer. Obstacles pop your balloons one by one. Lose the last balloon and you’ll land on a cloud.
What do the bubble and rocket do?: The bubble protects your balloons for a few seconds. The rocket sends you upward for three seconds and keeps your balloons safe while it’s active.
When does the leaderboard reset?: Every day at 00:00 UTC. Only your highest flight of the day counts. Rankings require an internet connection, but you can play the game offline.
How do I remove ads?: Open Skins from the start screen and purchase Remove Ads or Everything. Optional ads you choose to watch, such as continuing a flight or trying a skin, will still be available.
My purchase is missing on a new device.: Choose Restore Purchases in Skins or Info (ⓘ). Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple Account you used to make the purchase.
How do I request a refund?: Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I turn off music or sound effects?: Use the sound and music buttons on the start screen. Your iPhone’s Silent Mode also mutes the game.
How do I delete my leaderboard records?: Email us the name shown on the leaderboard, for example “Fluffy Mochi #2685”. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

어떻게 플레이하나요?: 화면을 눌러 출발한 뒤 iPhone을 좌우로 기울여 움직입니다. 장애물에 부딪힐 때마다 풍선이 하나씩 터지고, 마지막 풍선까지 사라지면 구름 위에 착지합니다.
버블과 로켓은 어떤 아이템인가요?: 버블은 몇 초 동안 풍선을 보호합니다. 로켓을 얻으면 3초 동안 빠르게 위로 올라가며, 그동안에는 풍선이 터지지 않습니다.
오늘의 랭킹은 언제 초기화되나요?: 매일 00:00 UTC에 초기화됩니다. 한국 시간으로는 오전 9시입니다. 하루 동안 기록한 높이 중 가장 높은 기록 하나만 반영됩니다. 랭킹에는 인터넷 연결이 필요하지만 게임 자체는 오프라인에서도 플레이할 수 있습니다.
광고는 어떻게 없애나요?: 시작 화면에서 스킨 메뉴를 열고 「광고 제거」 또는 「광고 제거 + 스킨 전체」를 구매하면 됩니다. 이어 날기나 스킨 체험처럼 직접 선택해서 보는 광고는 계속 이용할 수 있습니다.
새 기기에서 구매한 상품이 보이지 않아요.: 스킨 메뉴 또는 정보(ⓘ) 화면에서 「구매 복원」을 눌러 주세요. 구매할 때 사용한 Apple 계정으로 로그인되어 있어야 합니다.
